Hoppen's knee injury played a part in him dropping to the 3rd round.

Really sad NBA draft history for NU. 3 first rounder, 3 seconds rounders, and 4 third rounders.

If I'm recalling correctly, wasn't John Salley brought onto the Bulls in the mid-90s essentially to help keep Dennis Rodman less out of control? I also remember John Salley being called the "Human Victory Cigar" when he's go into the game late in blowouts for the Bulls (I think he was there just one season).
