I think we got beat by Texas, ksrate, iowa state and Colorado and Penn State. Lost our bowl game went 7-7 because we play in the kickoff classic that year. Beat asu I think

Bowl game loss was against Mississippi (Ole Miss) with Eli Manning as QB; and the ill-advised and ill-fated fake punt attempt by Judd Davies that handed Ole Miss the ball deep in our territory, and kind of changed the trajectory of the game.

What true freshman had a pick six late in that ASU game to cap off the win?

Only reason I remember is because I was at the game and my Uncle kept yelling “TRUE FRESHMAN” right in my ear.

Finally took the time to look it up. 7th loss was to okie state. We lost 3 games by 3 points.
