As we reported last night, DaRon Davis was most definitely the surprise of the camp. No one was expected the Missouri commit to show up let alone workout with the coaching staff and other athletes. I was told last night that Davis showed up because he wanted to see what Nebraska was all about.
He had a great time and I'm hearing that he was very happy that he decided to attend the camp with his family.
I just spoke with PowerMizzou.com Publisher Gabe DeArmond and he let me know that he contacted Davis and asked if his attendance at NU's camp signified a change in his commitment to Mizzou.
"As of right now I am not sure," Davis replied. "That was the greatest atmosphere I've ever been in in my whole life. Me and my family will have a talk."
Davis does not yet hold an offer from the Huskers, but it sounds like if they were to offer they couple potentially flip the four-star athlete.
I will keep you posted with anything else I hear regarding this situation.
