I just wanted to pass this along, but Missouri TE commit Max Whisner out of Lee's Summit (Mo.) is really considering flipping to Nebraska. @Robin Washut is at his basketball game right now at the Kinetic Center in Lincoln. He plays for KC Run GMC and they are currently in Lincoln. His mother actually offered the info to Robin unsolicited. Stay tuned...

So I was able to talk with Whisner after his game today to get an update on the situation.
He said his contact with Nebraska pretty much came to a stop after he committed to Missouri in September. But he considered the Huskers one of his top options prior to making his decision.
"Since I committed (to Missouri) I haven't really talked with Coach Held or Coach Beckton or Scott Frost a lot, but they're a great program," Whisner said. "They talked a lot about the facility renovation they were doing there. They've got a great tight end group with (Thomas) Fidone and A.J. Rollins. They've been nothing but great to me.
"I went up there to check out the campus, and I really liked the campus. It really just came down to depth and when I could play and all that."
Then I got straight to the point and asked him if he was 100-percent committed to Missouri.
"I don't have an answer on that right now," Whisner said.
After our interview ended, his mom looked at me and said, "Stay tuned..."
Feels like this one is definitely something to keep an eye on.
