Looks like Banker didn't have much of a relationship with him, but from the interview, it seems his heart hasn't been in it for awhile. That just won't work for a starter at a place like NU. A kid who isn't all in will not reach an elite level, or at the very least, maximize his potential.
Like everyone else he is very high on the young guys. Said they are phenomenal athletes.
