If they have good senior years and continue their impressive camps Mapieu should see the 4th start and Jurgen the 5th. What do others thinks.

Jurgens is a bit stiff in the hips. I guess we'll see next month at the Rivals camp finals whether he deserves to be a "5 star" guy. As for Mapieu, he looks like he's been working on his moves and handwork. He could really turn out nicely for us if he keeps grinding.

I agree on this about Jurgens. He's not every fast or fluid but he's strong and has good hands and he didn't do so well playing LB at the St. Louis camp. But who know, he could show out at the camp and shock the world.

All Nebraska recruits will get an extra star and if they already have a 5 a new 6 category will be made. Or is it that Nebraska recruits always get one star less? For sure, all Nebraska recruits are underrated. That should about cover it all.

At least we are talking about 4 stars getting a 5th instead of low ranked players with no P5 offers being under the radar and diamonds in the rough.

I'd turn Jurgens into a OT and put 50 lbs on him. Not athletic enough to play in space as a pass catching TE. Could also be a stud blocking TE/H-back blocking for powers leads and split zones.

Not athletic enough? How'd he get an invite to the 5 star camp or whatever it was that he got last week? I'm guessing they don't just hand those out to people who aren't athletic enough...

He means hes not blazing fast enough. Jurgens is plenty athletic enough. Hes a prototypical NFL TE and size.

As for LB, i think MLB would be perfect for him with his size and strength. MLB can get away with not being blazing fast. Good play recondition, great tackling and hitting power and your All Big 10 MLB, maybe even All American.

My guess Jurgens, if he does awesome at the 5 star challenge, could earn himself a 6.0 4 star. Remember Roberson killed it there and still didnt get a 5 star ranking and Hes got good speed and plenty of "im going to knock your head off" hitting power and meanness to him and he didnt even make the 6.0 ranking (still lost there to be honest).

Now our York DT, hes going to be a good one. He could EARN his way into a 5.8 4 star, MAYBE even Top 250 (might be being to hopeful there) but he could crack the 4 star ranking at 5.8, no way he pulls 5.9 or higher. And im going on record and saying hes going no were but to Lincoln and being a Husker. UCLA might be tempting for him, that Cali live style but he bleeds Husker red!!!

Personally I don't think he has the agility or change of direction to play on offense or defense but if he focused on it he could be a hell of a long snapper.

I'd put 625 lbs on him and make Jurgens a hockey goalie. Hopefully he keeps most of his flexibility with all of that extra muscle mass though.
