No, it's not. Then again, Pelini never had a team even closely resemble the 95 Huskers, and neither will Mike Riley. Those days are lllooonnnnggg gone.
Stop bringing up Bo. Thankfully he's long gone and so are almost all of his recruits. This season is entirely on Riley.
Why is the default to bring up Bo when something doesn't go well? The only ones who ever bring Bo are people trying to deflect from the situation at hand.

Why would you have to be a Bo fan to be disappointed with a last second salvage at home against Arky State? The D was terrible.
All I will say is I am disappointed with pretty much everything since the Colorado game in 2001. I'm still a fan, I love the team, but the overall direction hasn't done anything since then.

I had concerns but some good thingS as well. We ran the ball well and Lee can throw the ball. On d I was concerned with the WR screen but semed to get on that in 2nd half. Run d was pretty decent. First game win vs a decent squad overall. Oregon will be a big test but I am optimistic.
