Looks like Warren made the right move

Tar Heels at no 9 pass defense and 88 efficiency.

A nice staff they put together for a new defensive scheme and a respectable no 57 total defense.
Warren is a good coach but they haven't played the passing QBs that NU has had to the first 3 games. Its apples and oranges. Lets not forget whose DB recruits we have to work with at NU and Warren can't take any credit for the DBs on his roster.

What?!! They lost to a South Carolina team that has been getting DESTROYED in the SEC. Other than that they've played Illinois (Tire fire. Coaching disaster) and NC A&T. You could trot Kansas's Defense out there with that schedule and they'd post the same numbers.

Hah. Yeah. I'd be dying to go coach at a football power like UNC. That is where legends are born. (heavy sarcasm)

Depends. If he didn't feel comfortable with the new staff and figured he would be moving on in a couple years, then it was the right move. His stock was no doubt higher at the time since the DBs are now asked to do more in a different scheme and the results don't look good right now. However, if he stuck around until we could recruit man, lock down corners, his stock might ultimately be higher and it will be the wrong move. Either way, I thought he wanted to be closer to family, so however UNC does makes it the right move.

I don't think his DBs played all that well for us last year. Decent QBs torched us.
