little break while anxiously awaiting Saturday (hdtv related)...

It's nice to hear that tv technology marches forward. The problem for many of us is that our service providers don't provide broadcast signals to take advantage. I have almost given up trying to get Amazon Prime 4k programs in anything but HD. Supposedly, my bandwidth is more than adequate but 4k seldom if ever is received. At the same time, streaming is rapidly replacing Blu-Ray so the purchase of a 4k Blu-Ray player doesn't make a lot of sense as a partial solution.
