Per Adam Gorney, Nebraska made a late offer to Elk Grove (Calif.) Franklin athlete Lamar Jackson tonight. Jackson tells me that he was offered by Huskers defensive backs coach Brian Stewart as either a safety or a corner. NU becomes his 10th overall offer.
