Is there any interest from this kid for NU? Had a pool party yesterday and some friends from STL came over. We were talking Mizzou and Huskers & he brought up recruiting.
He said "my buddy teaches in STL and said huskers landed 2 commits already from his school for 2018" & that there are a bunch of underclassmen really high on NU too. Said its making him sick to see NU come in and be relevant again in STL.
At the time I paid it little attention that he said 2 commits from an STL HS. Was thinking he was talking about Brown & Goodrich. Forgot Goodrich is from Lee Summit. So was wondering if it could be Babb & Brown. Noticed 247 shows Babb a tOSU lean being recruited by good old Zach Smith and we are not even in the picture.
My buddy does not blow smoke. I will get more details on where in STL his buddy teaches and I am definitely sure he didn't say two from the state. They are from the part of MO that doesn't claim KC and its surrounding areas so he wouldn't be talking about a Lee Summit kid. (Just like my KC friends do not claim STL). Any ways, thought that was interesting. Also find it interesting since Riley always states there is a higher # of commits then what is known.
