The big thing is that I hope that the players take responsibility for the loss and the coaches do the same. That's the only way to get better. The way this program has performed for years now, it shows that we have a losing culture. Losing cultures are characterized by players passing the blame and getting over loses before they even leave the locker room. I literally heard a kid once say, "I don't care if coach is mad. I played well." Judging by results year after year, we've had plenty of that at NU. I hope that when they pare down to 105, they keep some lesser talented good kids and let go of the slackers who had better ratings in HS.

I've seen only minor improvements since Frost was fired. We still lose in the dumbest ways possible. The only difference between Frost and Rhule is that Rhule, as far as I know, isn't a slobbering drunk.

Keeping these people on the payroll is an embarrassment to the university so we will naturally do it. Why this is tolerated is beyond me. If Rhule had an ounce of integrity he'd resign today.

Unfortunately, if you come on the board within 72 hours of a loss expecting to have a rational conversation, you’re the problem. This board has about 15-20 posters with EQ of a toddler that love nothing more than to vent, belittle and pick fights after a loss

Yes. The coaches had Neyor in the game and ran a play for him at the most crucial point of the game....even though he sucks. So yes I blame the coaches for that.

“Plodding” may be the best description of all time regarding Big 10 football. I hate it.
