Weird to leave the best program in the country, especially when you're the star player. Probably more to the story.
You think she'd leave the 3x National Champs to play at UNO? That would be like the starting QB at Georgia transferring to Georgia State.

She wants to bat. She hit like 340 OBP in limited appearances at the plate. She also has a boyfriend that pitches for your baseball team.
Great player that I would think many portal players would like to play with so you might just become a power player before her 2 years are up.
ESPN.com article says their sources are saying she's headed to the Huskers. What a monumental pickup.

Seem to remember discussion on 1620 a week or so ago that she is dating someone on Husker baseball team. Could be wrong though.
It’s getting bigger in Nebraska and the Dakotas. I bet she can get paid nicely. If they win it will explode in Nebraska

It is so "NU Sports of the 2000s (not including volleyball)" to have the national high school player of the year in our own state, and have her go on to play out of state and become the MVP of arguably the best softball team ever.
And transferring to Nebraska softball would be somehow different?
Remember, her best friend is a husker volleyball player. She has probably done all she can at Oklahoma. Maybe she wants to see what would happen if she tried to turn around a team on her own. And we will get a couple of other transfer players coming in if she does come here. Please make it happen.
You guys are lucky to have one of the best players in the country land in your lap. I don't know what you have but expect her to be your ace.
