Dani Busboom will be his replacement
Quick google search shows she has no coaching experience but a very decorated international player. Can she translate the experience into a coaching career? Time will tell.
And hell yes to Dani Busboom as Cook's replacement. I think she's shown she can get it done in Lincoln if called upon.

The Erstad experiment was far better than the Scott Frost experiment.
Outstanding decorated players rarely turn into great coaches. Great coaches are the ones who had to work harder and figure out different ways to play due to lack of athleticism, speed, size or whatever was holding them back. I can’t really think of any great coach who was also a top player in their day?

Seems like a great addition. Can't beat having a world class athlete to demonstrate any techniques they're teaching.
