John Jackson Question

[NPGBR]

I was checking on the Wisconsin Board on TOS and came across John Jackson. I have not heard anything about him. On their board the writer said it would come down to us and Wisconsin. Have any of the powers to be heard anything from him or about him. He is scheduled to visit 2/2 so maybe he is a second tier on end?
