Cooper seems like a Plan B or C guy, based on his offer list. I can't see us taking 3 more OLBs. If we land 2 of Johnson, Butler, and Greene, I think we'll be set at that position.

I'm no expert but from what I've gathered from those who are.... We would take Butler's commitment but Cooper is a back up plan guy.
