What food? Steak? Crackers? Lobster? Mayo? Gray Poupon or the yellow stuff? Soda or Gatorade? Cookies and cupcakes? Ribs or veggies only?
Lots of food insecurity companies focus on the tremendous amount of waste in this country. A collaborative I was once involved with served 500 meals per day, free, with emphasis on nutrition. Far too often, food pantries and church pantries are loaded with carb heavy junk. Little intentionality for people with gluten allergies also. Lots of in depth, hard working people making very little income to help fellow man

Yeah, I see lots of faith-based initiatives feeding LOTS of people without the help of government. You seem to think there's only one approach for this effort, but without the other, the government would kill them all (most likely intentionally).

He totally admits that Jesus cared for the poor. Go to 4:22 in the video, and he sums up his point. "It wasn't why Jesus came". And that's the bigger point to be made - did Jesus come to tell us to be SJW's? Is that why he sacrificed himself, so that you'll give your money to Caesar so Caesar can take care of the poor? That's socialism or socialize medicine, and that's the furthest thing from why Jesus came.
Umm where did I say Jesus came for that? I said socialism is the closest form of societal governance to his teachings.

Has anyone put Cole through the initiation rituals? We have no idea if this handle is CIA, DEA, FBI, NSA, Homeland Security, Dept of Energy, BLM, Antifa, Proud Boys, or all of the above.

I'm guessing if your aim is to make everyone poor and then the government takes care of everyone like Jesus took care of those around him, then yeah. It's certainly a stretch, but I guess you could believe that. But it would take a hell of a lot of work to feed crowds with just a few loaves of bread and a few fish, which is kind of a special thing that Jesus did that Castro and Chavez have yet to do.

Lol. More non profit and non faith based. And we had to fight and compete for every single dime of grant money and donations. Go shadow (or better yet, volunteer) a couple then let’s chat. What area of the country are You in? I’ll look up some contacts

No. I’m all for both/and. You are stuck in either/or ville

I met him at our regional antifa zoom karaoke fundraiser. I think he’s coming to the Bake sale also

Being forced to give your money to the government to feed people isn't the only way to feed the poor. There are people that voluntarily give their money away, and guess what, there's even people who volunteer their time to feed the poor. Now which one is closer to what Jesus taught? The liberal way of making everyone give their money or else they go to jail, and then redistributing the money? Or individuals giving their time and money because they want to follow in the footsteps of Jesus. Which one is closer?

So, it’s awesome to see that you rely on the same source to tell you what to think

You would be wrong, he taught about repentance of sin as the reason he came.

You all want home out of school and government, and now your asking what would Jesus do? LMAO

Again all I've said is Jesus would choose socialism over capitalism, not a hard subject.

Problem is only 5% MAYBE live by Jesus's teachings, unfortunately 95% of Americans seek worldly treasure over the teachings of Jesus 🤷‍♂️

And then you have churches building multi million dollar churches, shot Sean's church spent millions on just a renovation, while people in America go hungry and homeless.

Churches and giving people aren't the answer, in a utopia yes, but you'd be living in the lib world then.

You don't read real well do you? I said SJ wasn't the reason he came but was an important issue he cared about.

It’s 0% that can live up to Jesus’s teachings, so that’s why you need a savior.

Sorry should have put "try" in there lmao, and yes person can live 100% by the teachings of Jesus, doesn't mean they still don't need a savior

They can TRY to, but I only know one person who lived up to Jesus’s standards, and that’s Jesus. Trump was close though.

He leads his 8 minute segment with that sound clip. I’m sure more to come. I think it’s funny that the gospel of Jesus:

Matthew 1: genealogy of Jesus
2: birth of Jesus
3: Baptism of Jesus
4: universal healthcare
5: Pacifism, and Socialism (sermon on the mount)
I'll try not to use sarcasm responding to you.... it appears it's above your understanding

Nope it's only reference one time that i can recall in john, and it was in reference to being poor, meaning the poor (lack), obedience. Your are poor of guidance.

All thru mathew, mark, luck and john that is how the word poor was in reference too.

(You to are poor in lust, one of the 7 sins).

In fact Jesus says give to Cesar what is Cesar's, (money) and give God what is God's (Praise).

Do you get it now?

You idiot, lol helping others is all over the bible, help they neighbor Not monetarily and certainly not the government.

You tith to god and his people. You can trade, help show others let's of other ways.

Jesus did not like people lusting for money, and praising governments.

Which is which libs dont want religion in our schools or the government.

Its really pretty simple, you can not change the words in the bible so libs, change the reference of what the words meant.

Kind of like finding rights that never existed before in the constitution, you see the word Democracy but we are a Republic. So you just change the meaning and holy jesus it's a living breathing document. Lmao

Embellish a little? The english language suddenly and all of its documents suddenly mean we were to be a communist country all along?

Now that's just lunacy right there.
