I have no idea what this is but I have seen youth baseball teams that went overseas and the kids on these teams were your average high school player.

We're talking about throwing together some small college kids and some kids just out of HS who may not have signed anywhere yet. Giving them a week to practice. And then have them play against an established national team that has been playing together for quite a while.
