Clemson went from the 39th ranked class in 2009 to:
20th in 2010
8th in 2011
14th in 2012
14th in 2013
13th in 2014
4th in 2015
6th in 2016

Six straight years of top 14 classes and half in the top 8. Clemson's had great finishes in recruiting in years prior to 2009 but had a reputation for under-performing to expectations. Now they're recruiting like mad men and finding the right players for their schemes. Just an incredibly impressive run, all the props to them and Dabo. Guessing Dabo is the likely successor at Alabama after Saban retires so they may just keep on rolling.

Those Yabo Dabo Do shirts their fans were wearing were funny. Their women were hot. The guys all were about 5'6" and had popped collars. It was the weirdest thing seeing those tall and slender bombshells on the arms of goobs.

Both coaches are playing for a national championship next week...unfortunately for us its not Nebraska

Bo won 10 games and got to a division championship with his players too....And still won 9 games each year with his own players.

So he performed the same under both circumstances...living in reality is always a good place to start.

Totally hypothetical, where does everyone think we would be if Dabo was at NU from that time? Does he recruit at the same level he does at Clemson?

For a variety of reasons - including how stars are given out - no coach at Nebraska is going to pull consistent Top 10 classes. BUT - top 15 is do-able and would be enough talent to win the West and compete for the B1G championship.
