It's that time of the year!

Used to love reading Lindy's, Athlon and others back in the 90's
Me too. I'd drop by the magazine rack nearly every day. Like a kid at Christmas. The old Big Eight Magazine topped them all until they went bad.
I used to like to peruse the national ones as they didn't even have a decent handle on returning starters and read like every writer had 5 minutes to turn something in.
Best one was the power rankings.
Supposedly you could predict the score of any game, real or imagined, by using their formulas. If Ohio State (101 power ranking) played Nebraska (89) they would win by 12 points plus or minus 3 points for home field advantage.
Didn't really work out that way. Some 'national' mags figured out that they could send out different editions to different regions and sell a whole lot more magazines.
I still got an old Street and Smith with Archie Griffen on the cover.
I kept it mostly as my brother played small college ball and that magazine covered everyone. They listed his name.

I was thinking sundresses
