Raiola missed wide open guys, Neyor dropped one, etc. etc. Make the plays that are there 😵
It is simply unnatural the way they lose
The kids waving from the hospital have better hands that Neyor.
We were playing one of the worst offenses in all of college football and we could not outscore them. Pathetic.
Hard to lose when you give up 13 too...but we manage.

Time to pull a Prime and Purge 75 percent of them. Losers lose, including the coach, and this will never change with them. Next year you will see the same shit.
Easy to lose when you gift them points by making the same mistakes every year. Punt return screw up and missed chip shot field goals, coupled with a late turnover in their territory. Always the same story. Foley should've been gone months ago, not surprising his unit would be the difference.
It'll be worse next year. The schedule has 3 certain wins. It's gonna be a massacre unless major change happens thru the portal.
With an assist to whomever came up and hit Bullock instead of the RB. Bullock would have had a better chance of tackling him without those two teammates muddling things up.
I like how we moved the ball, but you are right. Ten points does not get it done. Credit Iowa's defense for making sacks and getting key plays made when they had to be made. And while we dominated the yardage stats, Iowa beat us on special teams play.
Until I am sure who to blame, I am going back to my old favorites: McGuire, Foley, Barthel. This assumes Satt is already gone.

Exactly, Bullock gets an unfair share of blame for that. There were 3 or 4 other Huskers in the vicinity that not only didn't help, but probably helped the running back shake free. Just a poor all around team effort that play.

If Dylan hits the wide open Lloyd in the first drive and wide open Neyor catches the ball in the 4th quarter, its a 21-10 ballgame all day long.
I understand the concerns about the staff but I’m having a hard time pinning this loss on anybody but the players.
Nothing in those 2 plays indicts the coaches.
If I want to go there I'd be talking about the ST play rearing its ugly head again.
How about Buschini shaking a punt into the fvcking stands? Or the messed up punt return, or the botched snap?
Or why Rahmir was in there in what amounted to every play being non-productive when he was in there?
This staff makes plenty of bonehead mistakes that spell the difference between winning and losing.

MR better be changing the entire O this championship off season. All coaches and players need a reset. ST - should have been fired a couple months ago.
Not taking that game into OVT was idiotic with how much time we had to work with..
Even though we've sucked in overtime games, I kept telling my wife it only matters if we are the team that has the ball last. In other words, like you say, keep that effing ball in OUR hands until time runs out.
Maybe keeping around a complete bozo at ST coach has something to do with coaching? And once again, ST plays a huge factor in a close ball game. Who would have thunk it?
You're the one talking about the coaches, not me. I said Dylan missed Lloyd and Neyor dropped that ball, nothing about the coaches in that post, you were the one who said why are the coaches at blame, and that had nothing to do with what you and I were exchanging about. Get it together buddy.
You were talking about Buschini shanking the punt etc. Irs kinda my point. It’s just a calamity of individual errors that end up costing us games. At times it’s like guys are trying too hard and they check their brain on the sideline.
Yes, I was pointing at the players not the coaches.
