There probably won't be any event for assistants until the staff is complete. I'd expect at a minimum that they might be introduced at a basketball game when they're all on board. Other than that, Rhule might discuss them on the head coaches radio show.

Once they're all back in Lincoln at the same time being introduced at halftime of a BBall game is my guess as well.
