Is there anyone that is not onboard now

Finally got a chance to watch the news conference. Wow. So much pride and confidence from both Moos and Frost. I want him to succeed for not only himself, but for the players and Nebraska fans, not only at home but all over the country. I felt reenergized. I am praying these kids buy into it and it looks like he is hitting on all cylinders with regards to recruiting. A new day is coming. GBR.

He was not my first choice but over the last week I have come to realize Scott is the best man for the job at this point. I am extremely happy he is our Head Coach and will be for a very long time. I believe Nebraska will be competing for Big Ten championships in three years and the 20 year drought of no conference championships will end in 5 years or less. Go Big Red!!

Who did you want and why?

First choice and only choice. Thank you God that he is here. Didn't realize he was still waffeling a week ago. We are the luckiest team and fans in the NCAA.

I certainly did my share of mocking all of the hype over Frost earlier this year and as recently as a few weeks ago, I would have characterized myself as "OK" with hiring him and willing to give him a chance, but believing there were better options out there. Two embarrassing blowout losses to mediocre/bad teams in the last 3 games changed my outlook a lot. I realized how important it was to have a complete overhaul of the culture in the program and I could see there was nobody better to do it then someone who knew the program already, had experienced the best of it and had proven himself able to turn around a program as a head coach. Plus, I saw that the fanbase was beaten down and needed something to rally around and be excited about and I knew he could provide that.

Even then, before last Saturday I would have said he was who we needed to hire and I was fully supportive, if not overly excited. But after watching and hearing about multiple national analysts all day saying he was or should be going to Florida and treating us as if we were an afterthought and unworthy of him, I became a full-blown 100% supporter of him and as excited as anybody. I'veYou never wanted more to prove all of those people wrong and show them that we can win championships here again-and do it with a homegrown coach that they thought was too good for us. I've never felt this optimistic about our future in the post-TO era and for once I really feel like great things really are going to happen and I'm not having to come up with reasons to convince myself of that fact.
Glad to see you find your sanity. You were beating the Riley drum pretty hard.

Who cares if he has a "power donut". The Husker Way is coming back.

His blend of experience on both sides of the ball with great football minds, character, youth as well as being a Husker is everything we could’ve hoped for. If this program can get back to the top he’s the one that’ll take us there.

I have no regrets for doing so either. Same as the 3 coaches before him-I supported them and did so openly and strongly until I couldn't any longer. I'll do so for Scott Frost too, except I don't expect I'll have to defend him as much as I did the others.
