Is Scout staging a takeover of Rivals?

@Sean Callahan I've heard that several Rivals team websites (Minnesota, Colorado and Indiana to name a few) were switched over to Scout at midnight last night. Other team sites have reported that their entire staff of writers jumped to Scout with no notice. Is Scout actively pursuing the purchase and takeover of Rivals websites or what is going on here?
