KW is an absolute clown.
The fact that he posted a letter to a website, instead of speaking to the masses like a real leader would, only further confirms what we already know that he is way over his head and not suited for this role.

To a man, I don't know how he can look at himself in the mirror or around the dinner table when he is a cheerleader for his son but isn't for the title that he holds. Do your damn job. The path he is taking ducking and dodging his role should spell the end of his tenure
These families and parents really should demand his firing. They are, in effect, directly impacted by his poor job performance.
