I think Minny plays them tough at TCF stadium.

Also, Indiana @ Bucknuts. Does Indy keep that interesting at all?

I haven't seen enough of Minnesota but if they have anything for a DLine, I will take them in that one. Iowa's OLine has looked bad so far and Bethard is getting clobbered multiple times a game. I think they will stack the box and make those WR's prove they can consistently win in one on one situations. As for the other game... I hate to say it, but I don't think there are many that will keep it close with Ohio State this year. Michigan maybe, but they look REALLY good. Indiana looked good against MSU but I'm not sure that isn't because MSU is not all we had expected them to be???? I hope the Bye week gives us some time to heal up and put in a few new wrinkles and we take care of Indiana on the road, but I do think that one could be closer than we want it to be. One game at a time!!!

might not be a big blowout by osu, but, really doubt it will be close. buckeyes will pull away in second half.
not sure iowa will be able to contain minny's run game. minny has a couple of good ones in brooks and smith. tough to bring down. not sure how healthy beathard is. he has taken a pretty good beating so far. i think only way iowa wins if beathard is able to return to form.

After watching the Oline from Iowa last week, they are going to struggle this game again and maybe every game for the rest of the season. Maybe Dinardo should have watched both theirs and our practises a little closer

I think Iowa wins by a TD. As bad as they have played offensively, Minnesota is allowing Oregon St, Indiana St, Colorado St and Penn St to score 26 points per game. Those 4 teams are 9-10 overall. And the FBS teams are 6-8.

Even with the win vs Michigan St, Indiana still lost at home to Wake Forest. Ohio St wins by 28.

Smart money says the Rodents and the points but these 2 have been battling since 1891 and this is a true rivalry hate and everything .The Rodent students chant beat iowa or we hate iowa when Iowa isn't even the opponent -go figure.

I think Gopher fans are smart. We are trying our best to develop similar feelings for Iowa. But fortunately, they seem headed back to irrelevance so we can probably focus hate on more worthy opponents.

IDK about the score but I've had a great time reading about how the ref's were to blame for Iowa's loss against Northwestern last Saturday, and their subsequent rationalizing of the bottles being tossed onto the field. They were protesting the officiating, so I guess it was OK then.

They should take a knee during the national anthem in protest of the officiating. ........too soon?

For selfish reasons, I would like to see Minny lose this one. Their schedule is even weaker than Iowa's. They need another conference loss.

So What, we need Iowa to lose as much as we did last year for all the crap we received from their fan base for having a losing season.

Minnesota should win this one by 7-10 points.

Wouldn't it be really, really, REALLY great and super fantastic if Minny just blew them out. I mean like a 55-7 kind of blowout...

I can dream can't I?

Refs didn't cost us the game but they sure weren't helping us.

Looks clean... Winking

In all seriousness though, you guys had 283 yards of total offense. 79 were rushing. WTF happened?

Maybe its just me but the d-lineman's jersey looks a little funny, like he was being held anyway. The crappy pics you posted do not show a hand on the face mask. Oh if Ifs and buts were candies and nuts we'd all have a merry Christmas.

Thats a pretty darn obvious Face Mask but also not difficult to see that the defender is being held while he does it. I hope that Iowa player wasn't hurt.
Unless that nw guy has an abnormally long forearm he is not holding the face mask. He is clearly being held however

Try hating the 2 teams that will always be the B1G favorites The OSU and Mich.Winning the West this year will only get you bitch slapped on a big stage. Mich loses one game this year to OSU and OSU will out athlete any of the West pretenders . Anything else is whistling through the graveyard. Check back in a few weeks for the any changes

OSU has certainly earned respect under Meyer - Michigan has yet to do anything - Just remember Bucky everything that goes up will eventually come crashing down. Meyer is no different and Harbaugh is the poster child for wearing out his welcome - No doubt OSU is top dog right now

i can get behind that.

What can I say, I don't like trash programs with trash fans.

Not all of them are trash, In fact I have a handful of Hawkeyes friends and you would enjoy having a beer with them and discussing College football.

Personally knowing them and the ones we run into on the message board are night and day difference.
