I didn't think the chosen B1G teams got flagged with bogus penalties like that.Face mask and the iowa is almost in FG range
This is like somebody watching their ex-wife fighting fighting her momma.
You don't want either one of them to win.
So how long of an extension does Iowa give Ferentz?
Absolutely the correct call.Well they were gifted a field goal on roughing the center personal foul. Raise your hand if you have ever seen that called at any level of football.

Michigan and Ohio State get to watch Penn State play for the Big championship.... lol
Watch the game winning FG and tell me how that doesn't get called? I've known about the rule and have actually watched for it a few times and never seen it called. Glad it worked out though.Absolutely right. My son has done long snapping and you absolutely can not do that. We saw the replay and both immediately agreed. That rule applies to punts, extra points, and field goals. The Iowa player hit him way too soon. Legit call. Watch any game and the snapper is not to be hit for 1 second after the snap.

If Michigan can't beat Iowa how the hell are they gonna win in Columbus? Ain't gonna happen. I think Iowa is better than people think and Michigan isn't as good as everyone thought. PSU will play Wisconsin for conference title. Not if Michigan wins out. But Ohio State is pretty much screwed.

Ohio State will beat the hell out of Michigan
Wisconsin got called for the same thing when they played MI this year, only 2 times I've heard it being called.Well they were gifted a field goal on roughing the center personal foul. Raise your hand if you have ever seen that called at any level of football.
I tend to agree with not wanting either to win, but the West division needs to win these inter divisional games especially played at home in order to garner some respect. This is like somebody watching their ex-wife fighting her momma.

Ok. Thanks for your input. I do think the snapper had plenty of time and even engaged Snyder a little bit so he had time. But you make a good point about it being secluded and not in a big pile.I did. Michigan players went into the gap. When the snapper gets hit from the side, that rarely gets called of the snapper is hit early. The Iowa player directly engaged the snapper before he was able to get his head and arms forward. If you do that it will get called. It didn't help that there was no other defender around, and it just made it obvious.
I just watched a field goal attempt in the Arizona-Colorado game, same thing, the gaps were attacked on both sides and no flag.
I don't like seeing guys injured but the OT that has gotten worked this year was out with an injury. It obviously helped and I hope Kirk sticks with this line for the rest of the season.Iowa OL wasn't BSing last night.
