My playoff bracket:

Georgia vs Tulane

Michigan vs Utah

Tulane gets in due to it's win over K-State. Utah gets in over Clemson, because Notre Dame is the defacto champion of the ACC. They beat Clemson and North Carolina who played in the ACC championship game.

USC beat Notre Dame and Utah beat USC, therefore, Utah is more deserving than defacto ACC champ Notre Dame.

If you look at how they have done FCS for years now, you will see Conference champions are more likely to get a first-week bye. They have a 24-team playoff bracket. 16 teams play the first week, and in week 2 the winners of week 1 play the 8 seeded teams at their stadium. This tournament lasts 5 weeks.

Getting past the extra games is tough on the players, you need to do away with the CCG and just crown the conference champion or co-champions with the best conference record. This will eliminate 1 game. If you have a 12-team field, the top 4 seeds get a week off and the 8 teams play at the highest-ranked team's stadium. The winners of week 1 play at the stadiums of the top 4 teams. The winners of those 4 games can be played as they are now, in the bowls and 1 week past bowl week. If one of the lower 5-12 seeded teams wins game 2, they may have one more game than they have now if they play in the championship game.
