I would hate the recruiting process. So much effort. So much time and travel the cointry topersuade these 17-18 year old kids to choose your school. The top recruiters are so slick and smooth its no wonder kids have a tough time deciding. And if you dont push and sell your school hard, they will fall for someone who does. I would think most coaches love to coach but hate to recruit. I see it getting old fast. I only watch the Scrolls and signing day cant get here quick enough for me!
