I No Longer Wonder Why Wilbon Doesn't Play More

Yep. Tre seems like the only legit RB on our roster. Of course we haven't seen Bradley yet

He didn't look that bad to me. The OL sucked but he still made a few nice runs.

I also saw that Wilbon wore his big boy shoulder pads today when he ran over several UNI defenders. Wilbon was the least of our problems on offense.

Offensive problems...playcalling, run/pass blocking, receivers that can't catch a ball in pressure situations, bad shotgun snaps, inexperienced right tackle trying hard but needs extra help blocking, quarterback locking in on a primary receiver...I could go on and on if you like. Winking

he wasn't the problem, but tre is quite a bit better.

Wilbon regularly had some dude on his back as he took the handoff today. Dude made a couple really good runs where it should have gone for a loss. I was glad to see Ozigbo come off the milk carton today on his TWO carries. That may have been the biggest crowd reaction of the day when he came in. I loved on his first carry when he made the 300 pound dude a blocking sled. He got met at the line by the guy and got behind his pads and took the big guy eight yards before being dragged down. The second run he was met by a committee at the line for no gain. Our O-line was garbage today.

Wilbon ran well today, ran tough and with vision and a lot of yards after contact. This loss sure as hell wasn't his fault. To say he is a bad running back is ridiculous

He looked like a bad RB behind a worse OL. Good grief.
Didn't look too bad to me. His pass pro ain't great but the OL play was horrible! I actually blame the OL play and Langs playcalling for Tanner's bad play. He's been rattled and I don't know if he'll be able to regain confidence now?
