Tulsa jumped all over Navy today early 14-0. Navy proceded to score 31 straight points. During that whole time over the course of 2 whole quarters Phillip Montgomery threw the ball one time and produced zero points.

I yelled "Throw the stinkin' ball." In that small stadium being just about 15 yards back I know he heard me.
