Did we have other chances? Sure. Did the refs alter the outcome of the game? You’re damn right they did. If you defend this shit, you’re an idiot. Sometimes you have to have some fortitude and stand up to do the right thing. Rolling over like a little bitch dog is just encouraging this nonsense. Despicable

There better be some damn heads rolling at the conference office, and if they don’t fix it… the NCAA needs to get involved. This shit just keeps getting worse. You can smack guys in the head if you’re a 7 footer going for a block, but they call bullshit phantom calls 60 feet from the basket when the game is on the line

Even Painter knows this was bullshit. Funny how the B1G pulls this shit with their favored teams every year, and those same teams suck in the dance when they aren’t protected. This isn’t helping anybody.

The zebras, as a group in the Big Ten, basically suck. Like this for years. We, as a team, just don’t shoot well enough from the free throw line, three or open jump shots. This year we have more patience on offense to get good looks but to many players just don’t shoot well enough in games to win games. Our effort and team defense is very good. Today, we had so many opportunities and frittered them away with below average shooters. You need more than two players a game to shoot well enough to win games against the better teams. This one stings because we kind of blew it.

As a Purdue fan, I agree the last foul was not there. It was a bad call. However, you will get zero sympathy from me. Your team pushed and shoved under the basket all game. Furthermore, the guy guarding Smith as he came up court was fouling and smacking and shoving every possession. Those should have been called and weren't. Sorry, not sorry...

We know. This “oh well, we didn’t do better earlier” mindset will never change this bullshit. The guy that lost the ball never got touched. Even after he just dribbled it away. There is too much time put in by the players and coaches to accept that shit at this level.
 
I was paying attention to the ball. He clearly lost it . But man, he also wasn’t touched. Didn’t pay as attention to that. That official completely botched two things on that play. This can’t happen. Our guys shot horribly down the stretch, but we may have had a fast break point on that play. Heads need to definitely roll.

GFY boy. You can’t be serious with this excuse. How about when your oaf smacked our guy across the head? No flagrant review. Also loved the phantom offensive foul on Nebraska toward the end on the dribble and fish. Ridiculous take, and your team will be an early out in the tourney when they are no longer protected.

They are in certain schools pockets throuout different sports and that is fact. Look at the outcome today as they were making sure Purdue won the game as Purdue just proved that they couldn't beat us without their help.

There used to be an idiot on here that would try and defend these blatant horrible calls. Eventually he revealed that he was some low level ref, which explains everything. The first thing they teach these losers is to always defend refs. That’s why it will never get better, none of them possess the fortitude to call out that blatant bullshit.

Well, soccer.

I mean, soccer is the most "corrupt" game in the world that is 100% controlled by refs/league/gambling.

No one knows exactly how much time is left...and offsides is not marked by any line which gives the refs total control.

Yes, the refs made a couple questionable calls but Neb. lost that gm. - not only because of the refs. The refs didn't help but that game could have EASILY been won with even average shooting
