Nice comeback win after trailing 3-0 after the 1st inning. Big hit was a 3-run double by Blake Headley to break a 3-3 tie in the 9th.

It was good to see Derek Burkamper bounce back from a rough start and get a quality start. Hopefully that will increase his confidence going forward.

3 run ninth, right? The entire rally came after two outs. Heckuva deal. We were very close to giving them an opportunity for a one run walk off ninth. Instead, we broke the 3-3 tie in a big way and handed the ball to Roeder for the close.

Definitely nice to outscore the Cougs 6-0 after a rough first inning. Next up are Sinclair and Kubat pitching a double-header. Looking for a sweep mañana...

I've been decently impressed with our pitching. Can't remember the last time we've had this good of a start so far. I know it's early and when it warns up the bats usually come alive but it's a somewhat different feel at the beginning of this season than past seasons. Just need those bats to keep improving and it will become pretty fun.
