I know the rest of the sweet 16 is on tonight but I hope a lot of you guys get out to Hawks field tonight. I can't make it tonight because I'm on the road scouting. I feel this is the biggest series we've had here in a long time. Both teams are playing well. If we take 2 of 3 and beat Creighton on Tuesday plus do business in conference we are sitting really well for the postseason. Before the season start I was talking to a current player about the expectations and goals of the season. He told me with confidence and was for certain that they were going to shock people. He said they would win 38 plus games and host a regional. In my head I didn't believe him with Pritchard, Kelly, Deleon, and Bummer gone I thought no chance at 35 wins and defiantly not hosting a regional. So far I'm shocked and very proud of the boys of what they're doing.
