Nebraska extended an offer to 2017 Buena Park, Calif. WR/ATH Jeremiah Hawkins tonight. Hawkins was at NU's L.A. satellite camp and put on a show. He is a dynamic player, simply electric in the open field and could definitely be used as a RB, slot WR, as well as a kick return specialist.
