Husker gear time

Yeah, I'm sure many in Nebraska wear the gear year round. I wear my Husker gear once in a while. I went to the Rangers game last night. This afternoon I was "Hey, the Huskers play this weekend!" and popped one of my new Husker ballcaps. A big fat white N on a red cap. Feels good, mang.

For several years now, I've been wearing a Husker shirt every Saturday, inside or outside of football season. And although it's not really Husker gear per se, I now have my Sam Foltz memorial wristband too that I wear every day and will wear every day as long as it lasts.

Think I pissed off an Aggie fan at the ballpark last night by suggesting that Manziel would only be starting for the prison team (aka The Longest Yard).

Don't get me wrong. I loved that guy in college. He was a one-man highlight reel. Just think he's a mess of a human being. Sometimes we have to hit bottom just to get back to the top. I hope he doesn't kill himself in doing so.
