Hi, Hawkeye in Oregon.

Oregon has been hit with raging wildfires that have been blowing smoke into the major cities. There are major fires just north of Crater Lake, and a massive fire in the Deschutes National Forest about 50 miles East of Eugene. Eugene is so dense air visibility looks like fog at times. You can feel it in your throat and lungs. Te

If you have any sort of respiratory illness (COPD/Asthma/etc) be sure to have any meds refilled and ready. Don't want any visiting fans having trouble breathing.

Excited to have you here! That being said, I hope you lose.

P.S.-Don't try to pump your own gas here, and you don't tip the attendants.

Hope the air conditions are safe for the players and fans on Saturday. The haze from the fires made it's way to Nebraska yesterday and caused the sun to be an unusual glow of red.

I'll take the smoke from the west over the smell of animal crap from the east.
We hope you lose too.
I can agree with that. That's why I took my professional talents out west instead of staying in the midwest ;).

I was just giving a warning to refill medications, bring gas masks, etc. Fwiw, OU/Neb is a cool match up.

Just read that there is a possibility of changing the game time and/or date of the game as a result of the poor air quality.

Appreciate the concern
