How pissed are you when this is over on Nov 4?

If the lunatics doing all the riots get the outcome they are seeking America will have told them their destructive tantrums worked and any time there is a politician in a position they don't support they will know exactly what to do.

Really amazing how all this stuff can come out right before an election huh?

Wake up. The dems are already promising riots. That's the new answer to winning elections. It was "stolen" from Hillary by the Russians of course, never mind that is was proven to not be true and her friend was the pres when it was allegedly going on. If you can't win an election fair and square you have to think of something, right? The fun is just beginning.
If the libs, Anifa, BLM wholesale riot it will be short lived. People are ready to end this shit once and for all.

AMEN!

I’m a conservative Christian. I voted for Trump in 2016. For the life of me I don’t understand the “this will be over in November” line of thought. So every country, friend and foe, bought into and conspired with the DNC for the sole purpose of bringing down one man who must face re-election and can serve no more than 8 years???? This would literally be the largest, most far reaching, most grandiose conspiracy in the history of all mankind. The mere thought of the level of planning and sophistication it would take to pull off such a plan in 2-3 years is so mind numbing it quickly becomes asinine. While i think socialists and the like are dangerous and I fear them and their ideologies far more than Covid, those who espouse far right ideologies that disregard basic science and logic are equally ignorant and dangerous.

People need to get it through their thick skulls that Covid is not about Trump. It never was. It was made political (by both sides) because “never let a good crisis go to waste.” That has been the mantra of every politician ever. It is opportunism at its finest, and Republicans and Democrats alike are using it to further their own causes and gain votes. People who fail to realize this are blinded by their own biases.
please explain to me how Republicans set out to take advantage of COVID for political gain. They've had to defend themselves at every turn from CNN and MSNBC and their lying commentators.

A Los Angeles school health official who makes the call on going back to school when asked when it would be safe for kids to go back to school said "After the election". That told me pretty much everything I needed to know.

So you're not insulting your fellow poster when you say they are the reason the world hates America? (all the while knowing that's a false narrative)
Did I say that ??? I did not. The reason the world laughs at us is our President not a random message board poster.

Does it ever bother you that you're propaganda and Communist China's propaganda are almost identical?

I am a random poster on a message board. I dont have propaganda. Just an opinion on politics which actually shifts not on party but on the the guy in office . Neither one of us matter in the grand scheme of things. Just killing time on a football-lite Saturday. If you truly believe Trump would be deserving of a Nobel Peace prize cool. You guys are wound waaaaay to tight here.

Nonsense ! Truhusker

When you have horrible ideas, a terrible track record and the media can’t pump enough propaganda out to cover for your crappy agenda anymore and the voters reject you .... resort to violence.
we have riots with republicans already. how will it be different with dems?

I think I understand your question but give me just a little more clarity on how some votes count more than others. Individual or by state? Thanks
It takes vastly more land to be a farmer or a rancher than an office worker. The people per sq mile living in rural areas are therefore by necessity far fewer, but their impact on the well-being of the country is greater. People tend to vote to promote their own self-interests. People living in NYC apartments know nothing about running a farm and do not care. In order to balance out the interests of rural and metropolitan political power when rural areas would otherwise be overwhelmed by metropolitan interests, the founding fathers created a system of government with two chambers: one for equal voice for all states, and one based on population. They then wisely extended this to the method used to vote for president, creating electors equal in number to the number of congressmen. States like Nebraska, with a large rural population, get more of a voice than they would otherwise get, but it helps to ensure rural areas are not powerless in national politics.
I wish every state would use the Congressional District Method, but there is more resistance to that among Democrats than Republicans.

Agree with your post, pretty level headed for a "conservative Christian"

.... People living in NYC apartments know nothing about running a farm and do not care....
Is the inverse also true... People living on the farm know nothing about living in a city and do not care? Maybe some people. Maybe both should care a little more about those living in different circumstances as compared to themselves.

Your statement is exactly why the Electoral College is hurting our votes. A vote in CA is irrelevant. Everyone knows CA and NY is going blue. A vote in Nebraska is irrelevant. Everyone knows Nebraska is voting red. The reality is that there are about 10 battleground states where your vote matters. Why is a vote in Ohio worth more than a vote anywhere else? Let every vote count the same.

To me, what it means is that the media will stop talking about Covid if Biden is elected. Even if the number of positive cases happen to increase under his watch it'll be down played because they're going to want to make Biden look good. It'll also stopped being talked about by the media to a lesser degree if Trump is re-elected as well because he'd already be re-elected so there's no point trying to pin this all on him to try & make him look bad.

Basically we'll stop hearing about it from the media & probably the Democrats too.

I am not just talking about football either.

God help us if that is the case.

So much about this thread I am in agreement with. It was easy to hate you guys in the 80’s and 90’s but sorry to say there’s more that is alike about us than is different, even If you don’t agree.

I'm on the other end of the spectrum politically HuskerO, and I've got no love for the media. So we agree on that point. But thinking that "the media" works in lockstep to hurt Trump, and to help Biden, doesn't hold water for me. To me, the only media that really looks like it is out to push a hard agenda one way or the other is with right-wing outlets like Fox, AM talk radio, Breitbart, OANN, etc. Do CNN and MSNBC get up their own ass with Russia and Covid, sure. Does Trump have a shit ton of dirt on his hands on both issues? Absolutely. Biden is THE LAST guy I wanted to win the nom from the Dem side. I can list dozens of things he has done, or that I anticipate he will do, but I can recognize where and why he sucks. On the other hand, I see all of you right wing fans twist and turn and pretend that any negative stuff about Trump is made up, or sour grapes, or not true, or whatnot. It makes it difficult to understand where you are coming from when you appear to stick your head in the sand and blame away everything. Factually, the Trump admin is the most corrupt Admin in history. The lack of leadership or coordinated Fed response to Covid is criminal. We're talking inaction, or worse, that has directly lead to hundreds of thousands of deaths. I don't understand how that can be explained away so easily time after time. It's like blaming the ref's time after time after time. Fever dreams and fantasy. Wake up.

If only Trump had put out an executive order banning governors from forcibly admitting patients into rest homes that tested positive and forbidding those rest homes from testing their patients. Talk about a lack of leadership, sheesh.

Hilarious. Yeah, that would have been something he could have done I guess. Would have been better than what he's done, which is what? But then, Hollywood and the media would have just come up with something else. I feel so sorry for this guy, the slings and arrows he's endured. He's amazing.

You don't actually think the MSM is protecting Biden? My god, he answers questions off a teleprompter, questions come from pre-selected media or fails to answer any questions. The guy cannot put two sentences together. If he faced 1/3 the scrutiny as Trump I would be fine for his missteps and incoherent ramblings. He gets ZERO push back on anything he stumbles through during questioning. Today he met with 5-6 veterans in a round table and went on a few of the most absurd rants i have ever heard. If that had been Trump the MSM would have pounced all over it.

I personally like the congressional district method for electoral votes, but I would want all states to change to it at the same time...As in each state, the party that generally wins the state in a presidential race will be against it. In California, the democrats would hate it...In Texas, the republicans would hate it.

I do think the republicans made an attempt to change Nebraska away from it after Obama won 1 electoral vote from Nebraska...which I think was the first democratic electoral vote since LBJ won the state in 1964.

Covid is the primary reason for lockdowns and the justification of mass spamming unsolicited ballots in Dem controlled states. Without Covid that justification doesn't exist. Counting as many unverified ballots as you need 3 or more days after election day is straight up cheating and will falsify legitimate election results. The same tactic has been used in California for years and it's now basically a one party state. Countless Republican victories were overturned weeks later and in every case - the Dems won. Take a look at what the Pennsylvania Supreme court passed today. 5 Dems on the Court. The politicized court isn't even trying to hide their attempts to cheat and steal that state. They are supposed to be honest, impartial judges and they are enabling efforts to cheat. You're right, covid is not about Trump - it's about stealing an election.

Dinglefritz, I've read you for years, and in spite of your sermons on personal responsibility, you unapologetically give a pass to an administration that has made more than its share of mistakes. It's all pivot, blame, pivot, blame. If CNN and MSNBC are lying, which I will concede, why do you tolerate the demonstrably false claims that pour unfiltered out of the president's mouth? It's such an obvious and glaring disconnect in logic. Any reasonably objective person would have to agree that regarding covid Trump has served up one of the monumental failures of American leadership in our lifetime. Where is this personal responsibility you so admire? These matters should have little to nothing to do with ones views on the administration's policy objectives. Assume for a minute the same scenario were to unfold with a Democrat in office. How might that shape your perception?

You've read Dinglefritz posts for years but have learned nothing as quite obviously his posts are clear, coherent & straight forward. It's just that simple.

But I understand.....it's got to be a brutal difficulty to objectively comprehend someone like D. TRUMP when your supreme heroes are Hillary & Dementia Joe.
