After seeing the MBB uniforms it must be in the billions! "Professional" designers came up with those? I'm not opposed to a new look but those don't look traditional or new.

Got to say when I first saw them they looked like skirts over shorts.

It is not team specific. Every Adidas school will have that look in the postseason.

I'm hoping with Suh opening a Nike Town store in the old Nebraska book store that Nebraska gets with what the kids want and that's NIKE not adidas.

Don't forget UA (UnderArmour) plenty of kids now prefer them over Nike.

If I remember correctly, those are throw back uniforms that Nebraska wore in the 90's

I was wondering that. They seemed eerily familiar in their uglyness. Kind of like running into a slump buster a few years later. So I'm told.

No. It is the postseason Adidas design for ALL ADIDAS SCHOOLS. Is this really that hard? It was reported in many places last week, and all over Husker twitter.

I didn't mind the tops, but the shorts didn't do it for me at all. Even Pavelka was saying he didn't like them on the air in the pregame.

Is NIKE allowed to print the Nebraska logo on their clothes? Would that violate the deal with Adidas? Just wondering if we'll have a NIKE Town in downtown Lincoln with zero Husker merchandise. I also thought those shorts were horrible.

Nike already does, so does Under Armour. So does Columbia and many other clothing lines. IIRC, they all pay a licensing fee or whatever it's called to do so.

I believe the biggest reason we stay Adidas is because of their service, Adidas has a full-time rep with an office in Memorial Stadium that helps us with our equipment needs ASAP.

For recruiting purposes, I would prefer UA or Nike. Nike for basketball would be great for basketball because then you can use the "Jordan" brand, which recruits love. I believe Michigan is actually going to use the Jordan brand on their football uniforms as well.

If we are going to stay with Adidas, we should make them give each of our athletes a pair of Yeezys. Now that would help our recruiting.

Agree. Although if I remember correctly, Nebraska isn't the reps only school (just the main one). He is a good dude

Michigan's uniforms are a little bit different than what the Huskers wore last night just the zig zags are located differently on the shorts and the tops are complently different.

After this season by the way, Michigan is going back to Nike.

I have become increasingly disappointed in Adidas. Every time I go to buy new Husker gear I just can't get excited about anything I see. Their styles are bland or bad. I for one am ready for a change to either Nike or Under Armor.

Under Armor comes in such pretty colours~ isn't NIKE older than adidas?
I know you were trying to be funny but no adidas was founded in 1949 in Germany by a guy named Adolf. Nike 1964 in 'Merica.

Im sure our deal is decent with Adidas, but from a "cool" standpoint they suck. Notice what kids like with 5 nephews and nieces 14-8 years old and none of them like Adidas. Its Nike or Under Armour for all their sports.

A lot of kids like Boombah. I see quite a few youth teams in Boombah uniforms. Bright colors, gaudy patterns, big stripes, bold logos. We walk into some tournaments and it looks like the circus is in town, or maybe its pajama day.

It appears that Indiana decided not to wear them for the B1G tournament. Wearing the ones they have worn all year at home.

I don't know where you come up with stuff sometimes! Cracks me up.

Nike and Under Armour do not print clothing with a Husker logo on it. If it is a Husker logo on those brands, it was printed illegally.

yes they do, and no it isn't. They won't sell them at any university stores, though. Nebraska owns it's brand, Adidas doesn't.

PSA
If you are wearing jeans and white tennis shoes, you need to check yourself.

Curios for those who say Nike and UA make Nebraska clothing, I have never seen Nebraska sports stuff in Nike or UA. I've seen '47 brand hats.

Try scheels. I have a husker shirt and hat I got there that are both Nike. There's also examples online.
