My gutters filled with hail and proceeded to make a 'moat' around my house. All the hail formed an ice damn and kept it from flowing away. I ran out with a garden rake to scoop a path for the water after I heard the sump pump kick on.
Also, have about 200 hostas and other plants that are toast. And I regret planting flowers over Mother's Day. They are gone too.
