For a guy who has coached this long. He should know the QB qualities needed and we should look way better on offense than we do.
It's like being coached by an average Joe in his first year. Almost positive to a naive extent.
I don't see this getting fixed anytime soon and what saddens me most is what our defense showed potential to become since halftime of Oregon game but a lot more consistently vs NIU. I liked our D and if I were on D as player start rallying around the Davis Twins, DTrain Antonio Reed and even Luke Gifford even though he had some 2-3 horrible sucked in plays not containing outside RB juked him... last week. At least those guys look like they give a crap
