After working with tennis courts and artificial golf tee-off greens, he made some advances that led him to go bigger. FieldTurf started with a soccer field, which led to football fields and the big moment when Nebraska coach Tom Osborne came to check out his product. Osborne fell in love with the surface and the rest is history.
