Help remembering Husker Baseball Recruit . . .

Good Morning,

Who was the kid that we were going to sign a few years back that was drafted by the Blue Jays and had some NCAA issue about signing with a agent or whatever. Very high profile kid and I think a home-state kid as well. Does anyone remember the situation I'm referencing?
