Oline missed several assignments. I'll go back but in particular knevel needs improvement.
Tommy needs some touch, repetitive. As well as decisions, 3rd and 7, take the underneath route not a 25 yd, cross field throw to a double covered westercamp.
Some mental mistakes across the board, need to see improvement in game 2.
Def plays great but lets them off the hook. They need to take parellas motto to heart and get their arses off the field on 3rd and long
What's next
Expect to open up the offense a bit. Need to focus on our execution in game speed. Our oline is not good enough to only pass 10 times to keep def honest
Need to tighten up coverage on down and distance
Liked the few blitzes and pocket collapsing but need to work on getting home
Overall, we got out of there with a convincing win, shouldn't raise alarms one way or the other and we're healthy. Have enough to focus on for game two to get us ready for game three.
