Ironically, Rhule and Satt preached physicality. Holgerson is supposed to be all finess. The physicality of the run game is what is opening up the passing game rn.

I remember Briles at Baylor always had a great run game.
At WVU, Holgerson’s backs didn’t dick around at the LOS, they hit the hole or tried to find a crease. We are seeing that influence.
He is a massive improvement over Satt but we need to win, which is why the score matters.

Rhule needs to be the motivator coach and let other people do the heavy work. It worked for Switzer, Bill McCartney, and Devaney, they delegated and motivated. Rhule gets in his own way when he's trying to run the show, get out of the way, bring in a few more solid coaches and let them do their jobs!
