getting out of limbo

How do the Huskers do it? It has been a roller coaster ride since 2001. New coaches, no true identity for offense. No real "brand name" of football. Is it recruiting, coaching staff, joining the BIG. Just curious on the boards opinions on what needs to happen for the Huskers to get back to being HUSKERS. I honestly don't know, next year will surely be better but how does the team "get there".

Gotta go back to the roots......and that's a long shot. Won't get there doing the same thing every other team is doing. Not enough talent. Have to outsmart 'em. See TO's playbook for the blueprints.
