Frost talks about the fact that the team, RB’s, O-line etc needs to get in better shape. Back in the day getting into football shape meant getting our muscles back to playing condition as well as our cardio system. I think Frost has a completely different definition of what “getting in better shape” means. I have watched the Spring game several times and I didnt see anyone bent over trying to get their breath, so what does “getting in shape” mean in today’s football world?
