I like our corners on the outside, so I expect GS will try to attack Nebraska over the middle, the way Northwestern did. Georgia Southern will not feature an offensive line to the level of Northwestern, so Nelson, Mathis, and Tannor need to get home, or at least collapse the pocket often. They weren’t extremely effective when they ran it, so limit first down success and put them in 2nd- and 3rd-and-long.
Offensively, I’d love to continue to run downhill with Grant and allow this offensive line to gain some momentum going into OU. Casey doesn’t need to be making throw after throw, and has been hit too often through these first two games. Keep him on his feet and healthy for OU.
