Fordham- I think it was fine.

Buffalo
-missed 32 yard FG. Missed 42 yard FG. Missed 34 yard field goal.
- 29 yard punt.
- miffed punt turnover.

Oklahoma
-missed 35 yard FG
-PAT blocked and returned.

Michigan state
- 28 yard punt. 7 yard punt. 33 yard punt.
- punt returned for touchdown.

northwestern.
-84 yard punt lol

michigan
-32 yard punt

Minnesota
-missed xp
-missed 27 yard FG.

Purdue
-38 yard punt. 29 yard punt. 37 yard punt.

Ohio state
- 15 yard punt.
-missed 31 yard FG (also missed 40 yarder)

wisconsin
-kickoff returned for TD.
-34 yard punt
-muffed kickoff fair catch. Start drive at 6 yard line.

Iowa
- punt blocked for TD.
-32 yard punt

I’m sure I’m missing some plays but whatever.

This doesn’t include the hidden yardage on our lack of a return game and poor coverage in some games (although that wasn’t too bad). This also had ridiculous impacts on the field position battle. Seems like every team in the big ten has an all American punter.

We have some weak spots (all teams do) but special teams far and away has been our Achilles heel. Seriously, you have not given enough credit to how bad it has been.

If there is any glimmer of hope that we can win more games next year it lies in the potential to have improved special teams. Frost has not shown that he is capable of improving that area however, the right moves can yield drastic results almost immediately IMO. We won’t go from worst to first but even an average unit would change things dramatically.
