2B Mangler

Iowa seems very businesslike in their pre-game approach, Ohio State players not near as focused (interacting with fans, not as crisp during infield practice).

Overcast weather, calm winds (right field flags moving out slightly, left field flags moving in slightly, but not very significant), cool but comfortable temps with a jacket.

Wow, poor Buckeyes seem to get all of the disappointing endings in this tourney every year.

In a way i was selfishly hoping the game would go into extras so that Nebraska's game would get pushed back a tad so I wouldn't miss the first couple innings driving home from work ;)

Thanks for the updates! That sounded like a helluva game....especially the last few innings.
No problem! Helps keep me engaged in games I don't completely care about.

Both starting pitchers went deep and performed very well.
